Jorge Quirarte Garcia, born on May 25, 1982. Originally from Torreón, Coahuila, royal at heart.
In 2005 he arrived in the city of Monterrey to study at the Culinary Institute of Monterrey.
He began to work in different renowned restaurants in the city and took a strong love of sea cuisine, making his specialty in Seafood.
His dream as a child was to reach the United States. Managing to be the current Chef at Picos Restaurant, in Houston, Tx. The first step to open the way to achieve your goals.
His greatest achievement is to preserve his essence, with his feet on the ground and his gaze on the sky, a dreamer full of goals. Cooking is not his job, it’s his passion.
