Biography

Chef Alan Ramirez originated from San Luis Rio Colorado Sonora, Mexico, where he nurtured a passion for cooking from an early age. Following his college graduation, he undertook his culinary aspirations and relocated to Arizona in 2011. This marked the beginning of his professional odyssey as he embarked on an internship at JW Marriot Camelback. Through dedicated effort, Chef Alan refined his skills and rapidly gained recognition. His journey then led him to St. Simons Island, Georgia, where he contributed his expertise to the prestigious five-star Forbes Hotel Sea Island Resort.

Armed with extensive experience, Alan eventually realised his long-held dream of launching his own restaurant. Sea Salt Healthy Kitchen materialised as an embodiment of Alan’s commitment to using food as a form of nourishment and advocating for wholesome dietary practices. Alan’s distinct culinary approach propelled Sea Salt Healthy Kitchen to a distinguished position in the culinary sphere, establishing it as an essential destination for gastronomes visiting St. Simons Island.
