Carolina Zubiate is a Peruvian Chef specialising in vibrant cuisine that reflects her unique life experiences. After moving to the United States at the age of 13 with her family, food was how she held onto her culture. Now, 17 years later and more than a decade of growth within the culinary industry, Carolina offers private dinners and events to experience her unique take on Peruvian Fusion cuisine as well as working for Penelope Wong, chef and owner of Yuan Wonton. Each dish tells a passionate story of a time in her life, and some of her favourite people along the way.
